Artists & Crafters,

Thank you for your interest in the Vidalia Onion Arts and Crafts Festival. The date of our festival this year is April 24 & 25, 2010.  Our goal is to present a variety of handcrafted items and unique booth presentation to the public.  Please complete and return the application form. Sign and date the application and submit with payment by the deadline. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 1, 2010.  Mail to P. O. Box 976, Vidalia, GA 30475

All work must be original. Merchandise based upon the copyright or trademark of others (NFL, Disney, etc.) is expressly forbidden. Items made from kits or patterns and imported crafts are not allowed. Candles must be handcrafted and artistically designed.

Acceptance for vendors is determined by the following: three photos enclosed with full payment (your web site or emailed photos are also accepted). The quality & workmanship of handcrafted items and limiting the number of vendors selling similar products are a consideration for this show.  Decisions made by the show committee are final.

Confirmations will be sent out upon receipt of payment. No refunds will be made for cancellation or removal for cause.  No refunds will be made for bad weather.

Exhibitors Rules

  • Your booth will be completely set up and ALL vehicles out of the festival area prior to gate opening time. Note new opening time of 9:00.
  • The entire booth should present a neat and professional appearance.
  • The exhibitor should present a neat and professional appearance.
  • Each crafter will be offered a pass plus two additional passes for help.
  • Only exhibitor handmade crafts may be offered for sale in the booth.
  • Each booth and display will be reviewed for compliance and may require removal of any craft work or display found to be in conflict with the guidelines and show rules.
  • The booth should be attended at all times.
  • Each exhibitor is responsible for their booth and all items in it.
  • Loud or disruptive noises, abusive language or disturbances of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • No pets are to be allowed into the show due to the fact that food is being served and displayed.
  • All booth location assignments will be determined by the Arts & Crafts Committee on a first come - first serve basis. 
  • All vendors for this event are expected to remain for the entire day, both days. 
  • All food vendors are required to have a fire extingher on site.

NOTE: Any dismantling of booths prior to closing time will result in ineligibility for participation in future shows.

BOOTHS:

  • Size: 15x15
  • Rental: $75.

FOOD VENDORS BOOTHS:

  • Rental: $150. (No carbonated drinks or bottled water may be sold by food vendors at all.)

Site open for setup Friday April 23, 2010 at 2 PM - 6 PM & Sat. April 24, 2010 at 6:30 AM -8:00AM.

Vendors provide their own tables, displays, canopies.
